The climate on the Costa Brava is very good.  It is never 'too' warm in July and August, averaging 29 deg C (82 deg F), while retaining a relatively mild climate during the winter months.

The good thing is, it remains bright and sunny during winter, compared to Britain and other parts of Europe.  Christmas can be a particularly nice time to get away from the grey and gloomy weather of the UK.

It can get quite windy though from time to time with the winds coming off the Pyranese mountains but it never lasts for long.
