Golf  There are no less than three golf courses within a 10 min drive away.  The main course is actually the closest- Golf Platja de Pals.  An 18 hole pine lined masterpiece hugging the Pals Platja beach.  The Spanish open has been held here in the past.

Scuba Diving  There are many scuba diving centres located at L'Estartit, with year round facilities.  One is actually located nearby although diving is out of L'Estartit.

Sailing, Wind Surfing and Kite Boarding  Again, L'Estartit has facilities for sail and motor boat charter and also day excursions.  The local beach at Pals Platja is popular with wind surfers and kite boarders.

Art  The surrounding area is a haven for artists, both beginners and experts alike.  The local scenery, colours, ancient towns and villages are a must for any budding Dali!  Note that it is intended to run art course weeks from time to time with a teacher in residence passing on their expertise in this quiet, peaceful and panoramic setting.  And what better location with the galleries of Barcelona and Girona on your door step and not forgetting the Dali museum in Figueres.
